Before you contact us, here are some answers to common questions :)


When will I receive my tracking number?

You will usually receive your tracking number within 1 to 2 days.

Why isn't my tracking number working?

It may take up to 5 days for your tracking number to activate once you receive it. Please allow some time for your order to be processed.

When will my order ship?

Our products ship after 1-3 days after you placed the order.

Will I get an email with my order details?

Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing all the details.

Can I cancel my order?

No/Yes, we will ship the item to your address. However, once you receive your item(s), you can ship it back to us and once we receive it, all items returned will be 

What is the exchange/return policy?

We value our customer experience. If you have any problems with our products, all purchases made through Laubelle website or market platforms are valid for credit or refund. There is a 15% restocking fee if there is nothing wrong with the purchased items.

In addition, any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).




Step 1: E-mail us with your order # and name.

-With a subject of (Refund Request)

-List your product and why you want to return it


Step 2: Our team will contact you (usually within 24 hours) with our address to ship your item back.


Step 3: Ship your item back to us. Once we receive it, we will inspect it.


Step 4: If all is good, we will fully refund your item. Once we issue the refund, you will get an e-mail showing all details and the money will be deposited back into your account :)


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards from any country including:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Dankort, Discover, Cirrus and more.



Are there any additional fees I have to pay?

No handling/processing fees are ever charged. (Except for returns of non-damaged items)


My order won't go through, help!

Ensure that the billing address you entered matches that of your credit card.


How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $8 in the US!
Special promotions and events may change this.



Who ships my package?

US orders are delivered by either e-packet or Korea Post.


How fast is the delivery time?

Typically 4-14 Days. If your order takes longer than 20 days, please reach out and we will do our best to remedy the situation. (Order must have tracking to confirm delivery date)


Oops - I put the wrong shipping address!

If you need to update your address, select the contact us tab and send us a message and within 24 hours of placing your order and we can change it for you.
